General Direct Services

Our General Direct Services encompass anything not covered by our other three programs. We do not advise, on any legal matters such as divorce, child custody, name change, Power of Attorney or any other legal matters as we are not attorneys. If any matter involves seeking legal advice, a referral to an attorney is given. The gist of this program is: if we can help, we will help. However, the following list consists of what we usually do and is not a complete detailed list:

Non-Legal Power of Attorney Letters
Healthcare Power of Attorney (usually through a website, we just read/interpret)
FAFSA
Assistance filling out applications (Non-Legal)
Utility Service Forms
Community Referrals
Passport Applications
Social Security Applications (Retirement, Replacement, SSI, etc)
Anything in between (we’ve helped people with their onboarding process when they get a new job, assisted with filling out name change forms, etc.)
