The purpose of our Legal Immigration Advocacy Program is twofold: In the process of Advocating for the Petitioner and Beneficiary/Applicant we inform and help families navigate the immigration system and to educate them of their rights and responsibilities in the United States.  We attend interviews for the cases we represent at our local USCIS Field Office as permitted through 8 C.F.R § 292.1.

We assist with the following:

  • Naturalization (Naturalization Applications including, Replacement of Citizenship Certificate, Derivation and Acquisition of Citizenship for children)
  • Alien Card Renewal and/or Replacement
  • Petitions for Relatives (Including Consular Processing)
  • Fiance(e) Petitions
  • Removal of Conditions
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Parole in Place
  • TPS (Temporary Protected Status) Initial and Renewal
  • DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Initial and Renewal
  • Advance Parole
  • FOIA
If we find we cannot take your case, we’ll refer clients out to trusted lawyers and organizations best fit for that particular case.
